What are the Account Guidelines?

Before creating an account, users must ensure they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to follow ExtraHand’s account guidelines.

Users must be 18 years or older to create an account. ExtraHand may request age verification when required.

All service providers must be legally authorized to perform the services they offer, in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing or transferring account details is not allowed.

Each user is permitted only one active account. Duplicate or misleading accounts may be removed.

A single ExtraHand account can be used to both post tasks and offer services; multiple accounts are not permitted.

Users are expected to respond promptly to reasonable information requests from other members or ExtraHand staff. Failure to do so may result in temporary account restrictions.
