How Do I Get Paid on Extra Hand?

All payments on Extra Hand are processed through our secure escrow payment system, ensuring both Customers and Taskers are protected. How the payment process works for Taskers

• ●Customer assigns you to their task → Once your offer is accepted, the Customer’s payment is taken from their card and held securely in escrow.
• ●You complete the task → Carry out the work as agreed.
• ●Click “Request Payment” → After finishing, you must click the Request Payment button.
• ●Customer releases payment → The Customer confirms and releases the funds.
• ●Payment arrives in your account → The money is transferred to your nominated account within 3–5 business days. Important to know
• ●Customers can only release payment after you click the Request Payment button. Always remember to do this once the task is complete.
• ●If the Customer hasn’t released payment within 48 hours after you’ve requested it, Extra Hand has a process to assist you through support.
