What are the posting guidelines?

To maintain a safe, respectful, and rewarding environment, all users must follow the guidelines below when posting on ExtraHand.

Legal tasks only All tasks must comply with the law. Illegal activities, scams, or requests that encourage unlawful behavior are strictly prohibited.

No prohibited or harmful items Tasks related to weapons, drugs (including prescription misuse), illegal substances, or any unlawful activity are not allowed.

No adult or explicit services Escort services, adult content, sexually explicit requests, or inappropriate comments are strictly prohibited.

No cash or money-transfer tasks Tasks involving cash withdrawals, gift cards, vouchers, cryptocurrency, or direct money transfers outside the platform are not permitted.

Clear scope, time, and budget Each task must clearly define:

Scope: What needs to be done

Time: When the task should be completed

Budget: A fair and reasonable price for the task

Task-based posts only ExtraHand supports genuine task requests. Deceptive tasks such as fake reviews, academic assignments, spying on individuals, or requesting quotes without intent to complete the task are not allowed.

No advertising or job postings ExtraHand is not a job board or advertising platform. Business promotions, job requests, or hiring ads are prohibited.

No alcohol-related tasks Tasks involving the sale, purchase, delivery, or supply of alcohol are not supported.

No unauthorized transport services Tasks involving commercial passenger transport or ride services are not allowed where restricted by law.

ExtraHand takes community trust and safety seriously. Any task or behavior that violates these guidelines may result in removal of content or action against the user’s account.
