If a Tasker requests to cancel your task, don’t worry — the process is straightforward and designed to protect both parties. How it works

• ●You’ll receive a cancellation request from the Tasker.
• ●You have 48 hours to accept or decline the request.
• ●If you don’t respond within 48 hours, the task will be automatically cancelled, and your payment will be refunded as Extra Hand credits. Important details
• ●Taskers must provide a reason and comment when requesting a cancellation.
• ●If you accept, you’ll see the reason and be asked to agree or disagree with it.
• ●If you disagree but still want the task cancelled, you can proceed — guidance is available in our support resources. Your options
