ExtraHand dispute process – Stage 3: Resolution decision This is the final stage of ExtraHand’s dispute resolution process. After carefully reviewing all submitted information, ExtraHand will reach a conclusion and close the dispute.
What do I need to do? Review the decision summary provided by ExtraHand
Take time to understand the outcome and the explanation shared
You don’t need to take any further action unless you disagree with the final recommendation.
What happens at this stage? ExtraHand makes a decision based on the evidence and information provided by both parties
A clear explanation is shared so both sides understand how the outcome was reached
If required, the task payment is adjusted and released accordingly
Once payment is handled, the dispute is officially closed
How long does this stage take? The decision is usually finalized within 14 days, starting from:
The date both parties submit their dispute forms, or
The end of the allowed submission period
What if I don’t agree with the outcome? If you’re not satisfied with ExtraHand’s recommendation, you may choose to pursue the matter independently through your local court or legal authority, at your own expense.
