Can I withdraw my cancellation request?

Yes — you can! If you’ve submitted a cancellation request but changed your mind, you can withdraw it within 48 hours of submitting.

Steps to withdraw your request

• ●Log in to your Extra Hand account.
• ●Go to My tasks.
• ●Select the task.
• ●At the top of the task page, click Remove request and confirm. Once completed, your cancellation request will be removed from the other party’s side. Important to know You won’t be able to withdraw the cancellation request if:
• ●More than 48 hours have passed since you submitted it.
• ●The other party has already accepted the cancellation request.
